- General settings — Every setting on the General page — starting and ending a gesture, what happens on a match, the stop-all hotkey, AutoHotkey, notifications, startup and the config file — with defaults and ranges.
- Script settings — The Scripts page: timeouts and limits for running actions, the typing delay, and how actions send media keys and bring windows to the front.
- Plugins — Managing plugins: the Plugins page, adding a plugin, the renderer, enabling and removing, plugin settings, preview, what happens when a plugin fails, and what trusting a plugin means.
- Security — Password protection for your configuration, license and console settings: setting, changing and removing the password, when you are asked for it, and what a forgotten password means.
- Import and export — Exporting all or part of your configuration to a file, importing one back with a preview of every change, what merges and what replaces, and importing from StrokesPlus.net.
- The configuration file — Where your configuration lives, the automatic backups, what happens when the file can't be loaded, keeping it somewhere else, and editing it by hand.
- Console — The diagnostic console: running a script, reading what the engine and your scripts report, Script Help, and the Console page's settings.
- About and license — The About page: version, the trial and your license, entering a license key, the license agreement, third-party notices and the welcome.
- Troubleshooting — Symptoms, causes and fixes: gestures, right-clicks, hotkeys, text expansion, programs running as administrator, starting up, the configuration window, plugins, Safe Mode and recovering from a bad change.
