Paper Cranes
- Trail
- Hint skin
- Message skin
- Sounds
- Start
- A crisp paper fold at the press point sends a few little paper squares fluttering.
- Draw
- The path is laid as an accordion-pleated paper strip in soft washi with a printed motif, and every so often a sheet on it folds itself into an origami crane -- square, bird base, crane -- that perches a moment and flaps away on a rising drift while paper squares tumble.
- Release
- A little flock of cranes folds up along the line and takes off together, and the pleated strip unfolds flat and fades.
