Old-School Quest

Start: A cut spell gem lights up at the cursor with motes orbiting it, over a casting circle that turns on the ground.
Draw: A line of spell light in the chosen school's color, shedding motes that swirl and drift upward.
Release: Level up: a golden column of light rises with sparkles spiralling up it, gold rings spread across the ground and a bright chime rings.
